Mental Clarity and Concentration Essential Oils

Fragonia is a recently discovered Australian essential oil from the plant Agonis fragrans that comes from Western Australia. Its aroma is fresh and pleasant. Fragonia contains 3 constituents which are in balance with each other and are believed to contribute the balancing effect of emotions.

Its major constituents are 18 cineole, alpha pinene and linalool which indicates its likely effectiveness for joint aches and pains.

The essential oil of Fragonia is being used for its anti-depressive , mood enhancing and balancing properties. Its delightful aroma makes it a popular addition in perfumes. It can also be an aid for jet lag, colds and flu (antimicrobial, decongestant properties).

The sweet, honey, lemony aroma of Honey Myrtle makes it  my favourite Australian essential oil. Honey Myrtle or Melaleuca teretifolia is grown in Western Australia and the essential oil is sourced from the leaves and branchlets.  Honey Myrtle essential oil is mentally uplifting, and it helps with clarity and focus of the mind. Honey Myrtle is also relaxing, calming and relieve mental stress and pressure.

Peppermint Gum is a type of eucalyptus which contains menthol – hence its peppermint aromas. The wild Eucalyptus Peppermint Gum leaves were initially harvested from trees in the hinterland region of New South Wales in Australia. The fresh, spicy, peppermint like, eucalyptus aromas are beneficial for physical and mental health. The oil is energizing during times of mental fatigue but also soothing, sedative and calming. The oil also has fantastic anti-inflammatory and antifungal benefits.
